India According to the World Gold Council, the Bank of India currently holds 557.7 tons of gold. It is one of the largest stores of gold in the world! This makes up 9.9 % of the country’s total foreign reserve. Foreign exchange reserves is money or other assets held by a nation’s central bank so they can back the national currency. India, home to 1.25 billion people, is the number one largest consumer of the precious metal. Furthermore, India is one of the most reliable drivers of global demand. For example, India’s festival and wedding season, which runs from October to December, has historically been a major market for gold. And probably, one of the most interesting facts about India and gold is that India rarely invests much in gold. This is because as a country, India operates under the belief that buying gold leads to a deficit. And their belief must be proving right as things also seem to be improving for India. For instance, if you look at the last few years, India has increased its gold reserves from 557.74 to 557.77. While this might not seem like a lot, India is also at its highest point in history! In addition to what the country holds, Indian households which are considered the world’s largest hoarders of gold, hold a record 23,000-24,000 tons, which is worth about $800 billion. 9.) Netherlands In the past few years, the Netherlands has held 52% of its foreign reserve in gold. The Netherlands has a reported 612.45 tons. In 2016 it was reported that the bank was looking for a place to store all its gold because they were going to renovate the vaults and needed to moving it. The Dutch central bank is planning to move the country’s gold reserves from the center of Amsterdam to a new complex called the Cash Center. Like most countries, Dutch gold is also held in banks around the world to reduce risk. Security measures to guard the gold 24/7 have become a problem in Amsterdam. 189,000 kilos of gold will be moved at the beginning of 2022. Maybe this is one reason that over the last decade and a half, the Netherlands was selling off tons of gold in order to reduce its reserve. However, there weren’t that many buyers out there and they sold less than the country wanted. More recently the country has had less ambition to sell gold. Currently, the country holds the same amount of tons, 612.45 that they have over the last few years. However, the country has increased its percentage of foreign reserves to 61.2 %. 8.) Japan Japan is another country which had been increasing its gold reserves since the 1960’s. Their official gold holdings were reported at 765.2 tons. About 2.4% of Japan’s gold today is in foreign reserve. Historically, Japan has always held a bit more gold than other countries. This was true until 2011, when they began to sell some of their reserve in order to pump money into the economy after the tsunami and the following Fukushima nuclear disaster. But even with selling, Japan’s central bank has been one of the most aggressive practitioners of quantitative easing. For example, in January of 2016, it lowered interest rates below zero, which has helped fuel demand in gold around the world. 7.) Switzerland Prior to 1997, Switzerland was steadily building its gold reserves. In 1997, the decision was made to sell some of those reserves to bolster the Swiss currency and diversify the foreign reserves. The percent of foreign reserves in Switzerland is currently 6.7 %. Switzerland actually has the world’s largest reserves of gold per capita and currently has reported 1,040 tons. Over time, many citizens in the country started to feel like the bank was getting rid of too much gold. They then banded together with the “Save the Swiss” movement. However, once everyone was able to vote in 2014, the vote came to a no, and gold continued to be sold. During World War II, Switzerland became the center of the gold trade in Europe, making transactions with both the Allies and Axis powers. Today, much of its gold trading is done with Hong Kong and China. Around last year, the Swiss National Bank made a $5.9 billion profit, reportedly from its gold holdings. World's Deepest Mine - Gold Alchemy
South Africa's TauTona mine, real life alchemy, and Halicephalobus Mephisto. Footage from the 2012 documentary, "Down to the Earth's Core". We have travelled into space and looked deep into the universe's depths, but the world beneath our feet remains unexplored and unseen. Now, that's about to change. For the first time in one epic unbroken shot, we embark on an impossible mission - using spectacular computer generated imagery to smash through three thousand miles of solid rock, and venture from our world into the underworld and on to the core of the Earth itself. It's a journey fraught with danger. One thousand feet down we find ourselves inside one of the planet's most volatile places - the San Andreas Fault. Caught between two huge rock slabs, we watch as stress builds and then releases. It unleashes an earthquake and blasts us on towards rivers of molten rock, explosive volcanoes, tears in the Earth's crust and giant tornadoes of liquid metal. But for every danger, there are wonders beyond imagination. Four hundred feet below the surface, a three hundred million year old fossilized forest, with every leaf and every piece of bark perfectly preserved. At one thousand feet down we enter a cave of giant crystals, glistening in deadly 122 degree heat. More than two miles underground we find buried treasure - gold and gems. Deeper still there are valuable resources - salt, oil, coal and iron. And over one hundred miles down we see the sparkling beauty of diamonds. As we descend we piece together our planet's extraordinary story. We rewind time to discover how prehistoric forests became modern-day fuel. 1700 feet down a layer of rock reveals the extraordinary story of the dinosaurs' cataclysmic death. We watch stalactites form and gold grow before our eyes. The deeper we travel into the underworld the more we understand our world above the surface. A bigger picture takes shape - a cycle of destruction and creation, driven by the core that sustains our dynamic planet and makes the Earth the only planet with life in a seemingly lifeless universe. Until, finally, three thousand miles down, we reach the core. Inside it lie the secrets of life as we know it - the magnetic force field that protects life on Earth from the sun's deadly rays, the ancient heat source that keeps our planet alive. Down to the Earth's Core brings the latest science together with breathtaking computer generated imagery. The result is an unmissable journey into an extraordinary world - full of dangers, wonders and secrets. And it's all down there, beneath our feet, right now waiting to be discovered.

Alien Gold. Why Extraterrestrials Mining Earth Gold? What Anunnaki Doing With Gold? Why We Love It?
Millennia fly by upon the Earth. Hundreds of generations changed. So many things changed. Yet, one thing remains unchangeable. Mankind love for gold. Indeed, why are we fascinated with this yellow metal? But the right question to ask would be why aliens made us love it. Do you know that bacteria exists that produces 24K or 99.9% pure gold. Yes, that bacteria literally poops the gold nugget by turning gold chloride—a toxic chemical liquid you abundant in nature—into 99.9% solid gold. In fact, Michigan state university has an entire lab filled with gold producing bacteria. I bet you didn't knew about it so stick around and you will find facts about gold that including why aliens use it and where is city of gold located. For that bacteria gold is toxic waste, because gold kills bacteria but their poop is our treasure. In fact, if you body is compressed each of us contain 0.2 milligrams of gold. Most of the gold is located in heart. So it's true that some of us have hearts of gold. And if that gold is extracted from all humans - it will be more gold than in the entire Unites Stares gold reserve. Gold, unlike bitcoin, is real physical thing. It is also relatively easy to mold producing the shapes that you want. You can use it for electronic conductors, you can wear it, you can eat it since it since it has healing effect on human body by gold nano particles eliminating harmful bacteria. Several restaurants around the world are serving you gold to eat. But each dish costs hundreds of dollars. I bet you are getting hungry just looking at these images. See how easy it's to manipulate human mind into something. It was even easier for aliens to manipulate early humans to love and adore gold. This is solid 24K carat gold disk. It first appeared two and half thousands years ago in Rome before Roman Republic or Empire even existed. It is so perfect that it would be hard to produce even using the modern technology. In fact, it was made by Anunnaki aliens hundreds of thousands years ago along with many other gold artifacts you are seeing now. Alien contacts started millions of years ago when first Anunnaki aliens came to mine gold and other metals from earth. Why did they came all the way here? Because unlike most of other small planets Earth suffered a catastrophic collision with planet Thea in the past that nearly destroyed Earth and created Moon but it also throw gold and other heavy metals on earth surface from it's core, making Earth so desirable for mining when on other planets aliens had to drill the core to get molten heavy metals, while on earth they were cool and ready right under their feet or tentacles. To assist in gold mining and service Anunnaki played with DNA of great apes to create what he know as humans today. So the point to Charles Darwin here - we are great apes descendants. Once they minded most of it - they left - leaving a few pyramids constructed by humans as a reminder of ancient aliens landmarks. And they also left one thing on Earth behind - our genetic love for gold. That's why to this day we are fascinated with gold and literally worshipping gold. Most of Earth deities are made from gold - from gold crosses on top of the churches to the gold Buddha. And you don't even suspect that those gold idols are actually representing aliens that visited earth and genetically modified us to love gold in order to find it and mine it for their alien needs. Only few selected humans were choosed to wear gold throughout our history and they also were worshipped like Gods. I put gold Santa Clause under our Christmas tree and to my dog was not impressed. But when my girlfriend saw it she was ecstatic. And the answer to this behavior difference - aliens. Aliens didn't need much gold for their space ships because as building material gold is impractical because its very heavy and very soft in its pure form. There spaceship made of gold would not fly far. It's only humans who can build their cars from gold. Even this small car made of gold weight several tons. Aliens needed gold to use on their skins and in their atmosphere, since it's the only antibacterial substance that does not have any side effect and can be used on humans, animals or aliens body. You can breath it, eat it, wear it and, unlike other metals, it will only make you healthier. Aliens used gold nano particles in their atmosphere because it was blocking harmful Ultraviolet rays of their star, deflecting star light to prevent global warming of their planet, making their air healthier to breath, and killed all harmful bacteria in the air and on the surface. Now you understand that gold has universal value but we humans using it the mostly wrong way by hoarding it in bars and coins instead of using it for our health needs and to prevent global warming by making gold nano particles deflecting part of Sunlight and harmful UV rays

A ring bowl today and a souk in Dubai may contain traces of gold that once graced the neck of Cleopatra. That's just one of the many interesting facts about gold. Gold is among the rarest of the elements, making up only three parts per billion of the Earth's crust. If you want to know how hard that makes gold to find, picture a billion M&M's, and somewhere in amongst that pile, there are just three made of gold. Gold weighs 19 times more than water and is twice as heavy as lead. Over 90% of the world's existing above-ground gold has been mined since the California Gold Rush. And if all the existing gold in the world was pulled into a wire five microns thick, it could wrap around the world 11.2 million times. Throughout history, man has mined 188,000 tons of gold. To put that into perspective, you could place all of it into two Olympic-sized swimming pools.

How to find Gold in Under Ground ? So this work happens in the same way as the oil and gas deposits in the ground are detected, in which ground penetration radar (GPR) is used to find out what is in the ground. In fact, it records the physical properties of the soil such as density, magnetic properties, registration, on which the graph is prepared and it is estimated that the core analysis is done under the soil, then the core analysis is done. Drilling it under the ground and removing a little debris and analyzing it. It gives accurate information about what is below. Apart from this, hidden property, metal, i.e. gold, silver, copper etc. are detected through VLF technology. For this the waves are sent within the ground. Once after hitting these waves, the VLF receiver creates an electromagnetic field around that object and produces a sequestration by collision the special metal. This kind of survey is carried out by the team of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) and Geological Survey of India (GSI). Gold facts ,10 Facts about Gold (
Gold is a chemical element with symbol Au (from Latin: aurum) and atomic number 79. In its purest form, it is a bright, slightly reddish yellow, dense, soft, malleable and ductile metal. Chemically, gold is a transition metal and a group 11 element. It is one of the least reactive chemical elements, and is solid under standard conditions. The metal therefore occurs often in free elemental (native) form, as nuggets or grains, in rocks, in veins and in alluvial deposits. It occurs in a solid solution series with the native element silver (as electrum) and also naturally alloyed with copper and palladium. Less commonly, it occurs in minerals as gold compounds, often with tellurium (gold tellurides). Gold's atomic number of 79 makes it one of the higher atomic number elements that occur naturally in the universe. It is thought to have been produced in supernova nucleosynthesis from the collision of two neutron stars[4] and to have been present in the dust from which the Solar System formed. Because the Earth was molten when it was just formed, almost all of the gold present in the early Earth probably sank into the planetary core. Therefore, most of the gold that is present today in the Earth's crust and mantle is thought to have been delivered to Earth later, by asteroid impacts during the late heavy bombardment, about 4 billion years ago.

YouTube: The Secret World of Gold (HD Science Technology Documentary) http://youtu.be/Qd98l7fEEYE Африка добыча золота http://youtu.be/b1n7uSqoOSw Десять «КамАЗов» из чистого золота http://youtu.be/lb8Lu-M_W3A Как делают золото! http://youtu.be/RjiIzLzz9_k Золотой запас Германии возвращается на родину http://youtu.be/0KNAJkYED2E ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Royalty Free Music by http://audiomicro.com/royalty-free-music Sound Effects by http://audiomicro.com/sound-effects

Get Ready for the Asteroid Gold Rush
Asteroid mining will be a major engine for future economic growth, says author and entrepreneur Steven Kotler. His latest book is Tomorrowland: Our Journey from Science Fiction to Science Fact (http://goo.gl/eLjsSX). Read more at BigThink.com: http://bigthink.com/videos/steven-kotler-on-asteroid-mining Follow Big Think here: YouTube: http://goo.gl/CPTsV5 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BigThinkdotcom Twitter: https://twitter.com/bigthink Transcript - We had the idea that we could mine asteroids for over a hundred years. Late 1800s is when we first started thinking about this in the first place. And today we have I think it’s three or four different asteroid mining companies. It’s no longer an idea. We actually have companies that are actively pursuing this. And we also have really serious economic reasons for pursuing this, right. A lot of the metals, rare earth metals that we need to make all of our electronic gear are very scarce on Earth and totally plentiful in space. Gold, platinum – platinum is a fantastic conductor. We don’t build technology around it very much because all the platinum on Earth would essentially fit into the back of a flatbed truck, right. There’s a very limited supply. It is everywhere in space. So if you look at the history of the world it’s always been the search for resources that has opened up new frontiers. It’s been the economic driver that has opened up new frontiers. Well that economic driver is there in space. And you have to think about it this way. If you go back 20 years ago, right, when Shell discovered the first North Sea oil deposit. It was beneath 5,000 feet of water, 10,000 feet of rock and they had to operate in this very cold, very hostile, very far away environment robotically to get at oil. It was resource extraction. North Sea oil platforms are very, very expensive but we learned. Shell was willing to take a very, very expensive bet to operate robotically in a very hostile distant far and away environment to get at resources, right. The same budget sort of applies to asteroid mining and it’s the same exact situation. It is a very far away, very remote robotically extracted resource if we’re mining asteroids. So we’ve done this before. We’ve been down this exact road and for the first time in history we have the technology, right. We’ve already been in three different missions already. Two out of NASA and one out of Japan that have caught up to asteroids, right. We even had one that Hayabusa probe scratched the surface and brought back some dust. It’s low grade first step mining, right. So we already have proof of concept. We know it can be done. We know where the resources are out there. And there are companies pursuing it. Will it happen in the next 20-25 years? The next 10 years? The next 20-25 or the next 50 years? I don’t know. If you talk to the people running the companies they’ll put a 10 to 20 year time horizon on it. I think it’s a little farther out. But again we’re going to see it sometime in the next 50 years. And you have to understand what this means. You know they did a study where they looked at the amount of gold contained in just a typical middle of the road asteroid, not even like a metallic asteroid. Just a typical middle of middle of the road one and it was double what Fort Knox held at the height of Fort Knox, right. So there’s enough gold in one asteroid to kind of devalue every currency market on Earth. So that’s what’s coming and it’s really, really interesting, right. It sounds like this crazy science fiction technology but it’s going to have real world economic impact on this planet within the century. And so we have to kind of be prepared for it at the same time that we’re thinking about it’s still science fiction.

Bizarre Discoveries in Mines
Here are 11 of the most unusual findings deep in the earth like ancient and time primate fossils or trapped toads alive in rocks!! Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr # 7 Toads found in Rock One strange phenomena that still doesn’t have an explanation are toads that find themselves entombed deep into stone and continue to live. For years quarriers and miners have discovered to their surprise, live toads inside of the rocks they crack open. In some cases the toads are found 5, 10, and even 20 feet deep inside of rock. In all cases, they have no visible way in or out and yet in all cases they are all still alive. This bizarre phenomena is often called “toad in the hole”. No one knows how these toads find themselves in the rock, or how they survive without any water, food, or air. # 6 Ghost Miners in Mponeng The world’s deepest gold mine called the Mponeng Mine located in South Africa runs so far into the ground with so many winding tunnels that it’s almost like a dark underground city. The expansive, dark, and hot mine is almost impossible to completely keep watch over so every once in awhile an illegal squatter will be discovered. Mponeng squatters are called “ghost miners” and will find empty caverns to make their home in, illegally mine gold to sell above ground, and will even meet with prostitutes in the mines. # 5 The Bold Travelers of Mponeng - Desulforudis audaxviator In the world’s deepest gold mine, a new species of bacterium was discovered called Desulforudis audaxviator. Audaxviator translates to “bold traveller” which refers to the fact that the bacteria was found 2 miles below the surface of the Earth and is the only organism in its ecosystem. The strange bacteria has evolved to live without sunshine or oxygen. Instead, it lives off of hydrogen and sulfide as food, which come from the breakdown of radioactive elements. Basically, it’s a nuclear waste eating bacteria. It’s the only one of its kind and have amazed scientists with its complete solitude underground. # 4 Giant Roach Fossil Found in Ohio Coal Mine Geologists were combing through an old coal mine in an area known for its plant fossils when they discovered an extremely rare fossil. It was a giant roach fossil - about 4 inches long and twice as big as most modern American roaches. The fossil is rare because it’s completely in tact, while most insect fossils are only partial imprints. Fossils in the cave also preserved some of the smallest cockroach fossils ever found and their color patterns. Inside the coal mine, even more rare insect fossils were found including a rare ancient arachnid and a 60 inch long and 12 inch wide centipede. The chemistry of this coal mine in Ohio somehow preserved these insects with extreme detail that is not seen anywhere else. # 3 Dead Body found in Ghost Town Mine Hobby adventurers had the scare of their life when they were exploring an abandoned ghost town called Whroo in Victoria, Australia. The two were in the ghost town’s abandoned mine when they found a dead body covered in plastic and shoved into a deeper hole inside. The victim was a 50 year old man in a Neil Young shirt and the perpetrators were later found to be a 26 year old man and 30 year old woman. The details on this case are scarce, but it has all the makings of a really good CSI episode. # 2 Four Square Miles of Carboniferous Forest Discovered The fossils of almost an entire forest from the Carboniferous period was uncovered in the ceiling of two adjacent coal mines in Illinois. This discovery is the largest single-period fossil discovery in recorded history. Archaeologists delved into the 250 feet deep mine to explore and record the fossils. There were upwards of 200 specimens of detailed shrubs, trees, flowers, and even insects. # 1 Tiny, Strange Primate Fossil In the Krabi coal mine of Thailand, archaeologists uncovered a new species of a teacup sized primate. They found mandibles that belong to the pea-sized primates called Krabia minuta. Krabia minuta were native to Asia and are the ancestors to all monkeys, apes, and humans. They were impressively able to make it to Africa despite being separated from a body of water at the time that was bigger than the Mediterrenean sea. This bizarre find is very important for archaeologists, because it indicates a period of extreme evolution of primates in the area and will continue to yield more discoveries in years to come.
