Thank you for sharing. I usually jump rope for about 5 to 15 minutes which works well for easy weight control, but I would like to tone up & it appears this 4 minute workout will do the job. Thanks again!

I'm going to restart this today, I had been doing this essentially every day for two months and then every two days as well as gym for a month and I can say although it took time I did get very good improvements, I could tell there was a slight increase in muscle mass, I developed a six pack and I really did look a lot better. Unfortunately I stopped about two months ago due to family problems and over that time all that progress has seemed to be reversed, due to this I'm going to try start this up again. If you want fast results my number one piece of advice is do this numerous times a day, start with maybe three, then to five. It's exhausghting but you'll feel the results

Ive been always those people who say “I’ll start tomorrow” & would say that to myself everyday & never would start. Then I would complain about my body bc it’s not where I want it too be. I started my workout routine very night at 11 since yesterday, but found this video today & added this work out too my routine. I can’t believe I’m actually motivated! & am soar. Hopefully I see the results I want by the end of next month.

Amy Latzer Do the low impact version of jumping jacks (same movement but instead of jumping, just step sideways, alternate left and right leg/feet. For it to be as effective in burning calories, flex your muscles. Check fitness blender for demo.
