There is no quick way of losing weight, not even going through surgery. Just remember each person body speaks of itself, and we have to find a system that works best for us individually. One best friend told me, that is what we put in our mouth is the main problem. Second continue to exercise at the pace you feel works for you without putting yourself at risk. My point I am making is use Wisdom!

Hello.., I am just under 2 weeks into this and LOVE it. I have already lost just over 3.5kg and it has been the easiest thing to do. For anyone who dont have time like me: 1. Forward bends (stretching) 2. Side bends (they say this makes your waist wider) 3. Pushups 4. Bow pose 5. Superman 6. Upper back lifts on a ball 7. Bridge Most of these are related to stretching rather than cardio. Hm, I am doubting whether this reall works or not.

I was in color guard and we did a ton of planks excercises.after I stoped doing color guard I noticed I started gaining weight in those areas 😭 but soon hopefully I will be back in colorguard to gain that muscle back.

I’m sorry no hate to anyone that commented complaining but if you really wanted to change your body for the better you wouldn’t complain you would progressively try and eventually you can! No one just wakes up and can do 20 push ups you have to gradually get yourself to that place so instead of complaining or saying I can’t do this just try it. The only way I’d understand that you can’t do a push-up is if you have a physical problem with your back, knees, etc. anyone can do one push up it doesn’t even have to be a full push up at first. If you can’t reach your toes stretch more often! You have to exercise progressively not all in on the first day. I’ve tried that all it got me was sore and achy muscles the next day.

#7 is half wheel pose(Ardha-Chakrasana), i.e. not actually bridge pose. If anyone 1st time tried #7 pose she/he must try it from soldier position of sleep

If you have scoliosis, no hyper back bending exercises PERIOD. You will cause so much back pain. Please check with a Chiropractor first to see if you have scoliosis. I didn't know i had it and couldn't figure out why I was having severe back pain during yoga. If you practice yoga with an instructor let them know you are going to modify during intense back bending poses.
If you have scoliosis, DO NOT DO Bow Pose.
