Good Video, but YOU have to KNOW the Tax Law. We made it easy for you to know if you Do or Do Not have to Pay taxes. Here is how you know if you DO have to pay taxes. Most Americans like you and I who DO NOT work for the Federal government DO NOT have to pay INCOME tax legally. Here is an easy description on How you pay and Who does not have to pay taxes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wPGoC0-frc Most Americans Do NOT HAVE TO PAY FEDERAL Taxes because they are NOT federally employed. THE IRS defined words such as WAGES, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYER as "en employee of a public office" DO YOU HOLD A PUBLIC OFFICE? If not then you don' have to pay federal taxes. Easy. That's how the get tricked. Real people file honest TAXes and get refunds http://www.losthorizons.com/BulletinBoard.htm The 16th Amendment In a NUTSHELL http://losthorizons.com/Newsletter/NutshellLargePamphlet.pdf

Hi, can i fill the 1120s by myself as an owner of a first year s corp, or i need a professional to help me with it?

You can do it by yourself if you have your income and expense together but if you dont I would seek a professional.
You can, but I would highly recommend hiring a professional. You can also change the oil on your own car, but would you do that without the proper experience and training?
